It contains the following text:
I was a good boy today. Scavenged a working microwave in the Boylands. Miss Lilith rewarded me by giving me the chance to high-five her. My little legs tried and tried but I couldn't jump up high enough to slap palms. Got tiring but she told me "maybe one day"
The image is clearly is related to a macro fetish/kink, but any information beyond that is unknown. Things such as who are the people appearing in the image, when it was taken, when it was published and where it was originally posted are up in the air.
Recently through some reverse image searching I was able to pinpoint the original image as belonging to the website https://www.baltictallgirls.lv/, other images in the same location with the same female model can be found, but the original unedited textless version is nowhere on the site. There is also no other image on the site containing the male model.
As for the version of the image with the text that one is truely the most mysterious of them all. The only information about it is that it must have been published in 2010 at the earliest due to this being the year in which the previously mentioned site was made.
This seems to leave contacting the people from the original site to see if they have any copies of the photo session the image comes from as the only option to further this research.
2025/08/31 Update It has been a week since I sent an e-mail to the original site. I've yet to receive an answer.
2025/11/20 Update A lot has happened since the last update. The most important thing being that I still have no answer from the BalticTallGirls e-mail. Don't be discouraged by this fact. I have in this time come to make the descision to put money into my research which translates to me trying to buy some images from the site. I have also received some e-mails from various folks interested in the topic. I'll write more about them in a future more detailed entry.
2026/05/07 Update Hello once again to everybody that has stumbled upon this site. First of all thanks for all the kind e-mails as well as some useful leads. Based on them I have done some further exploring and it has been fascinating. The original unedited image has been found alonside the edited but textless image. The original unedited image is of course from Baltic Tall Girls. This image is not longer available on the site, though it was recovered due to having been circulated on multiple giantess appreciation accounts. The edited, but textless version comes from DeviantArt (surprising nobody). This provides more information regarding its origins. The edited image was posted on June 15, 2017 which means that the Boylands image can't be younger than that. Regarding the Boylands image itself, some leads were followed, but they all led to dead ends. So for the time being the profile that posted the captioned image is still a mystery.
